We offer a limited warranty on select products, covering manufacturing defects under normal residential use.

This warranty applies to issues related to materials or workmanship and is valid for a specified period from the date of delivery. Natural variations in materials such as wood grain, stone pattern, or finish tone are not considered defects.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, installation, modifications, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team with photos and order details. We will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our warranty policy.

We offer optional white-glove service for customers seeking a more seamless delivery experience.

This service includes in-home delivery, placement in your room of choice, and removal of packaging materials. White-glove service is available for an additional fee and must be arranged prior to shipment.
