Our Commitment to Ethical Sourcing

At Ellerow, we are committed to responsible sourcing and ethical business practices. We work to uphold fundamental human rights and labor standards across our supply chain and expect our suppliers to operate in compliance with applicable labor, employment, and human rights laws.

Ellerow supports initiatives aimed at preventing unlawful labor practices, including forced labor and human trafficking, and maintains internal supplier standards designed to promote ethical and lawful manufacturing practices.

Supplier Standards & Verification

As part of our supplier onboarding and ongoing business relationships, Ellerow requires suppliers to acknowledge and adhere to our Supplier Standards of Business Practice. These standards prohibit the use of child labor, forced labor, involuntary labor, and human trafficking.

Suppliers are required to represent that their operations comply with applicable local and international labor laws and regulations.

Monitoring & Oversight

Ellerow maintains reasonable oversight measures to promote compliance with our supplier standards. This may include periodic reviews, documentation requests, and direct communication with suppliers regarding labor practices and compliance expectations.

Where appropriate, Ellerow may engage in additional review or assessment activities based on operational risk, supplier location, or other relevant factors.

Supplier Certifications

Suppliers may be required to provide written confirmation that their manufacturing processes and supply chains comply with applicable laws regarding labor practices, including laws addressing forced labor and human trafficking.

Such confirmations are reviewed as part of Ellerow’s ongoing supplier management process.

Internal Accountability

Ellerow expects all employees to conduct business ethically and in compliance with applicable laws. Employees involved in sourcing, procurement, or supplier management are required to follow internal policies designed to promote lawful and responsible business practices.

Violations of applicable laws or internal policies may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

Training & Awareness

Ellerow provides internal guidance and training to relevant personnel involved in sourcing and supplier engagement. This training is intended to increase awareness of ethical sourcing practices, potential labor risks, and appropriate escalation procedures when concerns arise.

Corrective Action

If a supplier is found to be in material violation of Ellerow’s supplier standards or applicable laws, Ellerow may require corrective action or, where appropriate, terminate the business relationship.
