This Limited Warranty applies to manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential (non-commercial) use from the date of delivery and for the periods listed below.

This Limited Warranty applies solely to warranty service and does not replace or modify Ellerow’s Return & Refund Policy. Refund eligibility, where applicable, is governed separately under that policy and applicable law.

EXCLUSIONS

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Accidental damage, misuse, abuse, or neglect

• Improper installation, care, maintenance, or storage

• Environmental exposure, humidity fluctuation, or natural disasters

• Pet-related damage

• Unauthorized repairs or alterations

Natural variations in wood grain, marble veining, stone texture, leather markings, metal patina, or handcrafted characteristics are inherent to natural materials and are not considered manufacturing defects.

WARRANTY SERVICE

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed within the applicable warranty period, Ellerow will determine an appropriate resolution based on the nature of the issue. Available remedies may include:

• Repair

• Replacement with a comparable product (if original is unavailable)

This Limited Warranty provides repair or replacement remedies. Refund eligibility is governed under the Return & Refund Policy.

Ellerow’s total liability under this warranty will not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

• Order number

• Proof of purchase

• Clear photos or videos of the issue

All claims must be reviewed and approved in writing prior to service.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Ellerow will cover reasonable return or replacement shipping costs.

If the issue falls outside warranty coverage, associated service or shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
