White-Glove Service

Do you provide replacement parts?
Yes. Replacement parts are available for many products.
Parts covered by the applicable warranty may be provided at no charge after the issue has been reviewed and approved.
Depending on the circumstances and warranty terms, customers may be responsible for the shipping cost of replacement parts.

Are your lighting products ETL or UL certified?
Applicable electrical products are ETL- or UL-certified to meet relevant U.S. safety standards.
Certification details may vary by product, so please contact us if you need confirmation for a specific fixture.
For safety and warranty protection, all hardwired lighting should be installed by a qualified and licensed electrician in accordance with local electrical codes.
Can your lighting fixtures be installed on a sloped ceiling?
Many of our lighting fixtures can be adapted for sloped, vaulted, or angled ceilings.
The default configuration is intended for flat ceiling installation.
If you require installation on a non-flat ceiling, please leave a note with your order and contact our customer support team before installation.
We will confirm compatibility and advise whether additional hardware or customization is required.
Will I need to assemble the product?
Most furniture is delivered fully assembled or requires only minimal setup.
To prevent damage during transportation, handles, legs, shelves, or other small components may be packed separately. These parts are usually simple to attach, and installation instructions will be included where applicable.
Lighting fixtures cannot be shipped fully assembled because of their size and fragile components.
Assembly and installation must be completed by a qualified electrician.
Detailed installation instructions and the necessary standard hardware will be included with the fixture.
