Standard Delivery includes curbside drop-off to an accessible location near your residence and does not include inside delivery, unpacking, assembly, installation, or packaging removal.

Each Ellerow piece is crafted from carefully selected materials and designed to age beautifully with proper care.

To maintain the appearance and longevity of your furniture or lighting, dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. For routine cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth and wipe dry immediately.

Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and alcohol-based products, as they may damage the finish. Keep items away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, and moisture to help prevent fading, warping, or discoloration over time.

We recommend using coasters, pads, and protective coverings on wood surfaces to help prevent scratches, stains, and heat marks. Clean spills promptly to avoid damage.

For metal, glass, and stone surfaces, use non-abrasive cleaners and a soft cloth.

When caring for lighting products, always turn off power before cleaning or maintenance. Installation and electrical work should be performed by a licensed professional.

We offer a limited warranty on select products, covering manufacturing defects under normal residential use.

This warranty applies to issues related to materials or workmanship and is valid for a specified period from the date of delivery. Natural variations in materials such as wood grain, stone pattern, or finish tone are not considered defects.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, installation, modifications, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team with photos and order details. We will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our warranty policy.

White-Glove Delivery is available as an optional paid service for select products and locations.

This service may include in-home delivery, room-of-choice placement, and packaging removal. Installation, electrical work, and complex assembly are not included. All lighting must be installed by a licensed professional arranged by the customer.
