At Ellerow, certain furniture, oversized décor, uniquely shaped items, and fragile products may require specialized handling beyond standard curbside delivery. For eligible items, we offer White-Glove Delivery, an optional paid service designed to provide enhanced in-home delivery assistance for a more convenient delivery experience.
White-Glove Delivery is not included in Ellerow’s standard free shipping service, and customers may always choose standard curbside delivery if preferred.
What Is White-Glove Delivery
White-Glove Delivery is an optional final-mile delivery service performed by professional third-party delivery teams, where available and confirmed prior to shipment.
Depending on product eligibility, delivery location, building accessibility, and carrier availability, the service may include in-home delivery, room-of-choice placement, unpacking, debris removal, inspection, and basic assembly for eligible non-electrical furniture items.
This service is commonly available for furniture, oversized home décor, uniquely shaped items, or products that require specialized freight handling beyond standard parcel delivery.
For lighting products, White-Glove Delivery includes room-of-choice delivery only. Installation is not included, and all electrical installation must be completed separately by a locally licensed electrician arranged by the customer.
What’s Included
Depending on product type, delivery location, building accessibility, and carrier availability, White-Glove Delivery may include the following enhanced in-home delivery services:
In-home delivery to the room of your choice
Transportation of items up to two flights of stairs where safely accessible
Professional unboxing and removal of exterior crating and protective packaging materials
Basic assembly for eligible non-electrical furniture items, such as dining tables, bed frames, and select seating pieces
Placement of the item in the customer’s preferred location within the residence
Removal and disposal of delivery-related packaging debris after completion of service
All White-Glove services are performed during final-mile delivery by third-party professional delivery teams and remain subject to:
Property accessibility
Safe delivery conditions
Building regulations
Carrier operational guidelines
Local service availability
Note: White-Glove Delivery does not include wall mounting, mirror installation, artwork installation, hardwired lighting installation, or any service requiring licensed professional work. For lighting products, all electrical installation must be completed separately by a locally licensed electrician arranged by the customer. For safety and liability reasons, delivery personnel may decline, limit, or modify in-home services if access conditions, site restrictions, or safety concerns are identified at the time of delivery.
White-Glove Service Fees
White-Glove Delivery is an optional paid service and is not included in Ellerow’s standard free shipping program.
Service fees are structured as follows:
$300 for the first item
$200 for each additional item
White-Glove service fees:
Are charged separately from product pricing
Must be confirmed before shipment scheduling
Will be clearly communicated prior to final confirmation
Do not include standard product shipping charges
Because Ellerow currently serves the U.S. market only, White-Glove pricing is standardized for simplicity and transparency.
Customers may always choose standard curbside delivery if they prefer not to use White-Glove service.
Shipping Timeline & Delivery Coordination
To maintain the craftsmanship, quality standards, and direct-from-manufacturer pricing of Ellerow products, certain furniture and lighting items may require specialized freight handling and scheduled final-mile delivery services.
Orders are carefully processed and dispatched through our specialized logistics network before arriving at our U.S. delivery partners for final scheduling.

Once your order has cleared local processing and is ready for final delivery, you will receive tracking updates along with a direct scheduling call or message from the delivery carrier to arrange a convenient delivery appointment window.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, destination region, weather conditions, carrier capacity, and seasonal logistics demand.
Measurement & Access Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring that purchased items can safely pass through all access points and reach the intended placement area.
This includes verifying:

Hallways
Staircases
Elevators
Ceiling clearance
Final placement space
Product dimensions listed on Ellerow.com do not include packaging. Packaging may require additional clearance.

If delivery cannot be completed due to insufficient access, inaccurate measurements, or site restrictions provided by the customer, additional carrier handling, storage, re-delivery, or return freight charges may apply.
Customer Responsibilities
To ensure successful in-home delivery and placement:
Measurement Verification
Customers are responsible for ensuring purchased items will fit through all access points and into the intended delivery space prior to purchase.
Clear Path & Space
All hallways, walkways, elevators, and destination rooms must be cleared of obstacles, décor, and existing furniture before the delivery team arrives.
Delivery personnel are not authorized to move or relocate existing customer property.
Building Requirements & Policies
If your residence or building requires:
Certificate of Insurance (COI)
Elevator reservation
Loading dock scheduling
Restricted delivery hours

Adult Presence Required
An adult aged 18 or older must be present at the time of delivery to inspect the shipment and sign the delivery receipt.
If Delivery Cannot Be Completed
If White-Glove in-home delivery or placement cannot be safely completed due to access limitations, building restrictions, unsafe site conditions, or other delivery constraints identified at the time of delivery:
Delivery may be downgraded to standard curbside delivery, where feasible, or
The shipment may be returned in accordance with Ellerow’s Return & Refund Policy
Any applicable carrier handling, storage, re-delivery, return freight, or other logistics-related charges will be communicated clearly and transparently where applicable.
Note: For safety and liability reasons, the delivery team reserves the right to modify or decline in-home services if delivery conditions are deemed unsafe or inaccessible at the time of arrival.
