    Our team will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window that aligns with your schedule.

    If your building requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI), we will help coordinate the necessary documents.

  • In-Home Placement


    Your items will be delivered directly into your home and placed in the room of your choice.

    Throughout the process, we prioritize safe handling—protecting floors, corners, entryways, and ensuring your space is respected at every step.

  • Full Assembly


    Professional technicians will assemble all eligible pieces, check for stability, and ensure the product is set up exactly as intended.

    Please note: electrical installations (such as hardwired lighting, wall sconces, or ceiling fixtures) are not included.

  • Packaging Removal


    All packaging materials will be removed and disposed of, leaving your home clean and ready for you to enjoy your new pieces immediately.

    Before Delivery

    To ensure a smooth experience, please confirm the following before your scheduled delivery:

    • Hallways, staircases, elevators, and doorways are large enough to accommodate your items
    • The delivery area is cleared and accessible
    • Building management is aware of your delivery, if required
    • COI requirements (if applicable) have been communicated to our team

    On Delivery Day

    • An adult aged 18 or older must be present to receive and sign for the delivery
    • Please ensure pathways are clear to allow safe movement of large items
    • Our team will assemble, place, and inspect the items with you
    • We are unable to move or remove existing furniture, so please prepare the space accordingly

    Have questions about White Glove Service?

    1. Is White-Glove Delivery included with all purchases?


    Many larger furniture pieces automatically qualify for White-Glove Delivery. For other items, the service may be available as an upgrade depending on your region.

    2. What happens if I’m not home during the scheduled delivery time?


    We will work with you to reschedule; however, additional fees may apply for missed appointments.

    3. Is stair-carry service included?


    Stair-carry may incur an additional fee depending on the number of floors and accessibility. Our team will notify you in advance.

    4. Does the service include installation of lighting or wall-mounted items?


    Electrical and wall-mount installations are not included. White-Glove Delivery covers placement and assembly only.
