At Ellerow, certain furniture and lighting pieces may require additional handling beyond standard curbside delivery. White-Glove Delivery is an optional, paid service designed to provide enhanced in-home assistance where available.

White-Glove Delivery is not included in Ellerow’s standard free shipping service.

Customers may always choose standard curbside delivery if they prefer not to use White-Glove service.


What Is White-Glove Delivery

White-Glove Delivery is an optional service that may include in-home handling performed by a professional delivery team when requested and confirmed before shipment.

Service availability depends on product eligibility, delivery location, and carrier coverage.


What’s Included (Where Available)

Depending on product type, delivery location, and service availability, White-Glove Delivery may include:

• Delivery inside the residence
• Placement of the item in the room of choice
• Removal of exterior packaging materials

All services are performed during final-mile delivery and are subject to site accessibility, safety conditions, and carrier guidelines.


What’s Not Included

White-Glove Delivery does not include:

• Structural modifications to the home
• Wall mounting or electrical wiring
• Installation requiring licensed professionals
• Disassembly of doors, windows, or fixed architectural elements
• Removal of existing furniture or fixtures

For lighting products, installation must be performed separately by a licensed electrician arranged by the customer.


Measurement & Access Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring that purchased items can safely pass through all access points and reach the intended placement area.

This includes verifying:

• Doorways
• Hallways
• Staircases
• Elevators
• Ceiling clearance
• Final placement space

Product dimensions listed on Ellerow.com do not include packaging. Packaging may require additional clearance.

If delivery cannot be completed due to insufficient access, inaccurate measurements, or site restrictions provided by the customer, additional carrier handling or return freight charges may apply.


Fees & Service Terms

White-Glove Delivery fees:

• Are quoted separately
• Are not included in free standard shipping
• Must be confirmed before shipment

White-Glove service is completely optional and does not affect the processing or shipment of your order. Customers may proceed with standard curbside delivery if they decide not to use White-Glove service.

Once the delivery team has been dispatched, White-Glove service fees are generally non-refundable because the service resources have already been scheduled.

However, if White-Glove service cannot be completed due to product damage during transit or operational issues caused by the carrier or Ellerow, we will work with the customer in good faith to determine an appropriate resolution.


If Delivery Cannot Be Completed

If in-home placement cannot be safely completed due to site conditions or access limitations:

• Delivery may revert to curbside delivery, or
• The shipment may be returned according to Ellerow’s Return & Refund Policy.

Any applicable carrier return freight or re-delivery charges will be communicated transparently.

• Floor level and access details (stairs, elevator, etc.)
