At Ellerow, we understand that certain furniture and lighting pieces require extra care during delivery. Our White-Glove Delivery service is designed for customers who would like additional in-home handling beyond standard curbside delivery.
This optional service provides a higher level of assistance during final-mile delivery and is available for select products and locations.
What Is White-Glove Delivery
White-Glove Delivery is an optional, paid delivery service that goes beyond standard curbside delivery. When scheduled in advance, this service may include in-home handling performed by a professional delivery team.
White-Glove Delivery is not included with Ellerow’s free standard shipping.
What’s Included (Where Available)
Depending on the product type, delivery location, and service availability, White-Glove Delivery may include:

Delivery inside the residence

Placement of the item in the room of choice

Removal of exterior packaging materials
Services are provided during the final-mile delivery and are subject to site conditions, access feasibility, and safety considerations.
What’s Not Included
White-Glove Delivery does not include:

Structural modifications to the home

Wall mounting or electrical wiring

Installation requiring licensed professionals (e.g. electricians)

Disassembly of doors, windows, or fixed architectural elements

Removal of existing furniture or fixtures
For lighting products, professional installation by a licensed electrician is required and must be arranged separately by the customer.
Availability & Scheduling
White-Glove Delivery:

Once confirmed and scheduled, White-Glove services are coordinated alongside the shipment and performed at the time of delivery.
Measurement & Access Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all access points and placement areas are suitable before scheduling White-Glove Delivery. This includes:

Doorways, hallways, staircases, elevators, and turns

Ceiling height and overhead clearance
-
Final placement space inside the residence
Product dimensions listed on Ellerow.com do not include packaging. Packaging typically requires additional clearance.
If delivery cannot be completed due to access limitations or inaccurate measurements, Ellerow cannot assume responsibility for the failed or incomplete service.
Fees & Non-Refundable Services
White-Glove Delivery fees:

Are non-refundable once the delivery team has been dispatched
Because White-Glove teams travel with the shipment and perform services during final-mile delivery, the service is considered rendered once the delivery attempt is made.
If Delivery Cannot Be Completed
If an item cannot be brought indoors or placed in the intended location due to access, space, or safety limitations:

Delivery may be completed curbside, or

The item may be returned in accordance with Ellerow’s Return & Refund Policy, where applicable
Additional fees may apply for re-delivery or return shipping depending on the circumstances.
