White-Glove Delivery is an optional paid service available for furniture and lighting in select locations.
Service includes scheduled room-of-choice delivery, professional unpacking, placement, packaging removal, and standard furniture assembly where required.
Hardwired lighting installation, wall mounting, moving existing furniture, structural modifications, hoisting, and other specialty services are not included. Hardwired lighting must be installed separately by a qualified electrician.
Standard White Glove starts at $300 for the first billable item. White Glove Plus starts at $500 for properties with additional access requirements. Additional billable items are $200 each.
