At Ellerow, we believe exceptional furniture deserves thoughtful handling. For eligible pieces, our White-Glove Delivery service offers a premium in-home delivery experience designed to make receiving your order easier, safer, and more refined.
What's Included
Depending on the product type, delivery location, building accessibility, and carrier availability, White-Glove Delivery may include:
In-home delivery to the room of your choice
Transportation up to two flights of stairs where safely accessible
Professional unboxing and removal of exterior packaging materials
Basic assembly for eligible non-electrical furniture items, including select tables, beds, and seating pieces
Placement of items in the customer’s preferred location within the residence
Removal and disposal of delivery-related packaging debris upon completion
All services are performed by professional third-party delivery teams during final-mile delivery and remain subject to:

Carrier operating guidelines
Local service availability
Safe delivery conditions
WHITE-GLOVE SERVICE FEES
White- Glove Delivery is available for eligible ordersat the following rate:
$300 for the first item
$200 for each additional item
Fees are charged separately from product pricing and must be confirmed before shipment scheduling.
Customers may always choose standard curbside delivery if White-Glove service is not needed.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Request White-Glove Service: Contact us before placing your order or shortly after check out with your product name, delivery address,floor level, and access details.
2. Confirmation & Scheduling: Our team will confirm service avail ability and pricing. Once your order reaches the local delivery terminal, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
3. Delivery, Placement & Assembly: On the scheduled day, the delivery team will bring eligible items into your home, place them in the selected room, complete basic assembly when applicable, and remove packaging debris.
4. Final Review: Before the team leaves, we recommend inspecting the item and confirming placement.
