Oh, don’t mind me, just using up a ton more products over here! I still seem to be breezing through products and it feels great! Surprisingly, I have used up a ton of haircare this round, which is a change from the 1 or 2 hair products I usually finish at a time.
Anyways, here is what I have recently used up:
Pros: Smells amazing, inexpensive, no white residue, absorbs excess oil
Cons: Don’t find it as effective as other dry shampoos
Pros: Love the fresh, invigorating crimson orange and mint scent of this, the citrus and mint feels stimulating, super inexpensive, no white residue, absorbs excess oil, free of parabens and colourants
Cons: Don’t find it as effective as other dry shampoos, doesn’t give my hair much volume like it suggests
Repurchase? Already have.
Pros: Really felt like this helped to thicken my hair and give it more volume, strengthened my hair, smells great, lathers up well, affordable, eco-friendly, free of any harsh ingredients, vegan, cruelty-free
Repurchase? 100%! This is my new favourite shampoo in the Live Clean range
Pros: Like the shampoo, my hair felt thicker, stronger and more voluminous using this, hair felt soft, smells great, affordable, eco-friendly, free of any harsh ingredients, vegan, cruelty-free
Cons: Wish the Live Clean conditioners had a thicker consistency
Repurchase? 100% yes!
Pros: Really works to deep condition the hair leaving it softer and smoother, really good for dry, damaged hair, smells delicious, super affordable
Cons: I really can’t think of anything
Repurchase? Yes, this is such a good deep conditioner—even my boyfriend loves it!
Pros: Smells good, affordable, combats frizz, adds shine, sprays well
Cons: Can sometimes feel sticky and crispy, doesn’t hold as well as other hairsprays
Repurchase? No. However, I do have another bottle of this for some reason (I think my sister had bought it), so I will use that one up.
Pros: Super affordable, easily removes makeup, gentle, non-irritating, hydrating, wipes are really moist, cruelty-free
Cons: Contains parabens
Pros: Love the sweet, spicy scent, absorbs quickly into the skin, non-greasy, non-irritating, hydrating, good for during the day
Cons: Seasonal scent (that is now back for the holidays!)
Bath & Body
Pros: Leaves skin feeling soft, moisturized and clean, gentle on the skin, lathers up really well, a little goes a long way, smells great, affordable, get a ton of product for the price (500 mL), eco-friendly, free of any harsh ingredients, vegan, cruelty-free
Cons: There really aren’t any!
Repurchase? Yes, but not right away, as I have a ton of body washes to get through.
Pros: Aloe vera and vitamin E really work to help reduce skin irritation caused by shaving, leaves the skin feeling super soft, moisturized and smooth, allows you to get a close shave and for the razor to easily glide over the skin, lathers up really well, inexpensive
Cons: This product is actually still half full, but the product won’t come out and the pressure is causing it to leak from the bottom (I stored this in a drawer on its side, which may have been why it stopped working), also, it didn’t really protect against nicks and cuts
Repurchase? Yes, but next time I won’t store it on its side.
Pros: Offers full coverage, but is feels incredibly lightweight on the skin, easily conceals dark circles and imperfections, love the size of the applicator—picks up the perfect amount of product, does not crease or fade, blends perfectly, paraben-free, cruelty-free
Repurchase? Yes, this is an amazing concealer, but because it is pricey, I won’t repurchase it right away.
Pros: Love that this is straight up vanilla and has no other scents mixed with it, affordable (and often on special), easy to travel with, sprays evenly
Cons: Wish the scent lasted longer, also wish this came in a larger size
