This fourth instalment involves the following products:

Batiste Dry Shampoo in ‘Tropical’

Pros: Absorbs excess oil, gives my hair texture and volume

Cons: Can make my scalp itchy if I have been relying on it a bit too much, I find I get sick of this particular scent

Repurchase? Probably not.

Burt’s Bees Sensitive Facial Cleansing Towelettes – $9.99

Pros: Cruelty-free, fragrance-free, despite being fragrance-free these wipes smell delicious (?), 99% natural, easily removes makeup, leaves my skin feeling clean and smooth, packaging keeps all the wipes moist

Cons: Nothing!

Repurchase? Yes.

Live Clean De-Puffing Roller Eye Treatment – $17.99

Pros: Very soothing on the eyes, did help to de-puff, didn’t tug on the eye area, free of any nasty ingredients, cruelty-free, vegan

Cons: If a little bit of the product got near my eye it really irritated and burned them, didn’t help diminish my dark circles like it said it would

Repurchase? NO.

Sephora Triple Action Cleansing Water – $15.00

Pros: Effectively and gently removes makeup, free of parabens, sulfates and phthalates, doesn’t irritate my eyes

Cons: Contains fragrance, can only get it at Sephora (obviously)

Repurchase? Maybe. If they released a fragrance-free version then yes.

Origins High Potency Nit-A-Mins Renewal Cream – $51.00

Pros: Feels amazing when applied, skin felt hydrated and refreshed each morning, helped even out my skin tone and made my skin look less dull and more radiant, free of parabens, sulfates and phthalates

Cons: Expensive, in a container (contaminating)

Repurchase? If I have the money, yes. This stuff is worth the splurge.

Bath & Body

The Body Shop Vanilla Brûlée Bath Jelly – $12.00

Pros: Smells incredible (probably one of my favourite Body Shop scents ever), love the jelly texture, didn’t irritate my skin

Cons: Limited-edition scent, scent was non-existent in the bath, bubbles barely lasted

Repurchase? No, but I do love other products from the vanilla brûlée range.

** I actually have a full post reviewing this product which you can read here.

The Body Shop Almond Hand & Nail Cream – $20.00

Pros: Very hydrating, leaves my hands and nails super soft, absorbs quickly, smells amazing, doesn’t irritate my sensitive hands

Cons: Packaging makes it really hard to get the product out near the end

Repurchase? Yes.

Live Clean Sensitive Skin Fragrance-Free Lotion – $5.99

Pros: Helped my new tattoos heal quickly, inexpensive, moisturizing, free of any nasty ingredients, cruelty-free, vegan

Cons: The Live Clean lotions have a more runny consistency and take a bit longer to sink in

Repurchase? When I get another tattoo, yes.

e.l.f. Studio Tinted Moisturizer – $4.00

Pros: Blends really well into the skin, evens out my skin tone while still looking natural, moisturizing, offers SPF 20, inexpensive, cruelty-free

Cons: Contains paraffins, has a bit of a weird smell

Repurchase? Yes! Amazing, inexpensive tinted moisturizer.

Sonia Kashuk Hidden Agenda Concealer Palette – $10.99

Pros: Great for concealing blemishes and discolouration, non-drying, can easily blend the concealers together to create the perfect shade, setting powder is really good and helps keep concealer in place all day, cruelty-free

Cons: Only comes in two shades, can only get it at Target, contains parabens, doesn’t work under the eye for me (too creamy of a consistency)

Repurchase? Yes, luckily I grabbed another one before Target closed.

Flower Beauty Lighten Up! Brightening Concealer – $8.99

Pros: Helped brighten the under eye area, blends easily, twist up applicator means the product doesn’t get contaminated, cruelty-free

Cons: Found the packaging too bulky for the amount of product, product settled into fine lines, didn’t last all day

Repurchase? Probably not.

Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb Rollerball – $30.00

Pros: Fragrance lasts a long time, durable (this thing has been through a lot and didn’t break, crack or leak at all)

Cons: Too floral for my liking

Repurchase? No.

I was always curious about the burts bees wipes! Hesitant to purchase a set of wipes for $10 though. I think I may give them a try now

I would definitely recommend them! One of the best cleansing wipes I have tried so far.
